Indian carmaker Maruti Suzuki and Toyota Tsusho Group have announced that they would be setting up vehicle dismantling and recycling business in India jointly.

The 50-50 joint venture will be set up in India in Noida and it will have an initial capacity to recycle and produce 2000 vehicles in a month. The newly form joint venture company will be sourcing its vehicles from dealers across India and also directly from customers.
