New Delhi: 4-September-2019: Maruti Suzuki has reportedly announced a 2-day shutdown of the Gurugram and Manesar plants.

It is important to note here that Maruti had a hit of the slowdown recently and it had witnessed a sharp decline in sales to the tune of over 1 lakh units in August.

Furthermore, this is the second cut down in production after the top car maker had curtailed production of its cars by one-third in the previous month.
