When an experiment done on mice, the team found that a high-calorie diet when in combination with stress resulted in more weight gain than the similar diet does in a stress-free environment.

Professor Herbert Herzog , Head of the Eating Disorders laboratory at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research in New South Wales (NNSW) said that the study suggests that we have to be much more aware about what we’re eating when we’re stressed, to avoid an uncontrollable development of obesity.
