Having an unstable income can cause stress but having uncertainty of personal income could turn into the risk of having serious heart ailments or even cause death, according to a study conducted by The Coronary Artery Risk Development In Young Adults (CARDIA) that started back in 1990.

The objective of the study was to find out if there is relationship between income fluctuations and risk of heart issues as well as death, the ongoing study has been tracking the health of young people from three decades.
