#KeralaLoveJihad case: SC tells girl’s father to bring Hadiya

New Delhi: The Supreme Court of India would be hearing the Love jihad case and Hadiya would be examined in the case.

The Apex Court also clarifies in the Kerala ‘love jihad’ case that the ‘consent’ of the girl is important or ‘prime’ for marriage.

The court reportedly also said that Hadiya would be examined as to know how and why she married the Muslim man in Kerala last year.
