In another ceasefire violation from Pakistan along Akhnoor area in Jammu and Kashmir, two civilians and one Army Jawan was killed. The Border Security Force retaliated to the ceasefire violation by Pakistan and in the exchange of fire, the Indian army jawan was killed while two civilians also lost their life.

As per reports, there was unproved shelling from Pakistan side and the BSF had to retaliate. In the retaliation, 10 Pakistani rangers had reportedly lost life while some others were injured.
