Staring at a television or Mobile screen has not been recommended for children. But according to a new study, it is concluded there is a less evidence to back this up. As per the study quoted by BBC, setting time limits for screen is not suggested but the devices shouldn’t be used at least an hour before going to bed.

The study published in the BMJ Open Medical Journal that stated there is no solid evidence to prove that time spent with a device could be harmful, even if a connection between screen time and depression and obesity was found in the review.
