A new study has shown that reducing the intake of fruit juices, soft drinks and foods with added sugar could help you in reducing the levels of fat and inflammation in the livers of children with extra weight.

The research published in The Journal Of The American Medical Association (JAMA), suggests that keeping control on the consumption sugary food and drinks is a ideal lifestyle choice.

The report quoted in The New York Times shows that many people with fatty liver do not know about it’s symptoms. However, people with fatty liver are at more risk of suffering from type 2 diabetes, liver cancer or liver cirrhosis, heart disease.
