New Maruti Swift launch price Rs4.99 lakh

India’s biggest carmaker Maruti Suzuki has launched the new generation of its bestseller compact car, Maruti Swift, at the Indian Auto Expo 2018.

The entry price of the new Swift has been kept below Rs5 lakh tag so as to attract maximum number of buyers for this best selling India car.

The new Swift 2018 price is Rs4.99 lakh (ex showroom, Delhi) for the petrol variant. On the other hand, the price of the Swift diesel version car starts at Rs5.99 lakh. The top model of the car is priced at Rs7.96 lakh ex showroom Delhi.

Notably, this is the third generation of the Swift car and whooping Rs7 million have been spent on its development by the car maker.
