1.6 crore abortions a year in India , 81% at home , article in today’s #timesofindia , but no condom ads between 6am to 10pm , oh the irony @smritiirani #CondomAds

Pooja Vyas‏ @Poojavy1
No condoms ads from 6am to 10pm is such a ridiculous decision. When porn videos are freely available on internet. Instead of banning these ads govt. should set guidelines for it and sex education and awareness should start in childhood. #CondomAds

Ashwani Dubey‏ @AdvAshwaniDubey
Great decision indeed of @smritiirani ji on #CondomAds between 6 AM to 10 PM. Showing vulgur ads under in the name of spreading awareness is destroying our growing youth.Check & balance is must. Can this kind of pictures should be allowed for raising awareness? Of course no?

Some requested review of the decision by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting

One Tweetrati said that why to ban such ads when there is need for more awareness about condom use in the country
