As per a new study published in the Journal of Epidemiology & Community Health, working more than 55 hours per week is associated with a higher risk for developing depression, particularly when you’re a woman.
Working On Weekends Is Worst For Mental Health
Working on weekends is also a bad signal for mental health, no matter your gender. The study showed the Women who worked 55 or more hours a week and those who worked on most weekends had the worst mental health of all.
