Published in the journal Sleep Health, study found that limiting your sleep routine during the work-week considerably interferes with job performance.The scientists from University of South Florida in the US found workers are more probable to have poor judgement and fall off-task the next day.
Researchers Surveyed 130 Healthy Employees
Researchers took 130 healthy employees for the study who work in Information Technology and have at least one school-aged child. Participants felt that when they slept 16 minutes less than normal and had bad quality sleep, they encountered more mental issues the next day.
