According to a newly published study report, Australian researchers have developed a 10 minute test that can find the presence of cancer cells in any part of the body.
Researchers from University of Queensland found that cancer cells when placed in water form a unique DNA structure. The cancer test works on recognising the presence of the structure.
This discovery could be revolution as it can help to detect the cancer cells earlier than the on going methods, as per the paper published in journal nature communications.
The test is not used on humans till now and large clinical trials are required before it can be used on potential patients.
