Rajasthan Bypoll results What these mean for chief minister Vasundhara Raje – Is it Congress win or Raje’s loss?
It is being said that victory for Congress in Ajmer and Alwar indicates a loss for the chief minister Vasundhara Raje. It is also being said that BJP defeat in Ajmer, Alwar and Mandalgarh puts Raje’s leadership in question as this is an election year and these defeats could be a hint to the larger picture. Nothing can be said as of now but if experts are to be believed there is a unrest among the people about the working of the Raje government and there have been allegations by the Congress party over her leadership.
Ajmer and Alwar defeat could be decisive and it seems that Raje might have to take an exit from state politics as sources said that there has been negative feedback about her at the centre and the prime minister Narendra Modi might think of a change of face for the party in the upcoming assembly polls.
