It was a shocking Friday for ex administrator Arvind Kejriwal led Aam Aadmi Party( AAP) as the ECI – Election Commission of India has recommended disqualification of 20 of its MLAs. As per the reports, the MLAs of the AAP were recommended to be disqualified by the ECI as they were found to be holding office of profit.
In the Office of Profit Case, the Election Commission reportedly recommended that the MLAs be announced disqualified. Sources said that the recommendation has been sent to the President and it would be after President’s acceptance that the AAP MLAs would be finally disqualified.

In this case, the Delhi might have to go for a mini-assembly polls as the 20 seats would stand vacant in the total 70-member House.
