An Indian Navy Jet crashed at the Goa International Airport on Wednesday as it overshot the runway. Nobody was hurt and the pilot escaped unhurt. However, due to the crash, the Goa International Airport has been shut while rescue mission was on. Fire tenders came to douse the fire as the fighter jet had caught fire.
Due to the crash of the Indian Navy’s MiG 29K in Goa, all the civilian flights remained disrupted but it is expected the once the Mig 29K is ferried from the runway, the Airport would be opened for the international flights.
