Oracle recently let go around 20,000 employees. This move was not sudden but took the fired staff surprised. Majority of the those let off were senior staff whose salary packages were high.

What does this mean to the world and to people in general? Its clear impact is that a lot of people had, have and will lose their jobs because of AI. The AI impact which was barely visible a little earlier is now rampant, encompassing and deep rooted.

The ‘Impact’ as we call it is bound to affect more jobs across the globe as AI penetration is bound to spread to newer arena in the business, service sector. However, agriculture, production may still see lesser impact as compared to other sectors.
