A teen has been apprehended in connection with a bomb threat directed at the Delhi Police headquarters, according to sources.
Allegedly, an email was sent claiming an explosive device had been planted in the Nangloi area of outer Delhi.
Following an extensive search, the sender, identified as a teenager, was apprehended.
Subsequently, law enforcement provided counseling to the individual before returning him to his guardians.

The Delhi Police Headquarters, situated on Jai Singh Road in central Delhi, is approximately 18 kilometers away from Nangloi. The police department, in an official statement, reortedly emphasized the sender’s status as a minor and cited the Juvenile Justice Act in declining to disclose further details about the individual.
Authorities characterized the incident as a prank, clarifying that the juvenile had acted impulsively. After undergoing counseling, he was released into the custody of his parents.
