Four policemen killed in IED blast in J&K
In a gruesome incident, four police personnel were killed when an improvised explosive device IED blasted in the Sopore area in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. As per the reports, Jaish E Mohammad has taken the responsibility of the IED blast and the killing of the four personnel.
The terrorist group JeM has been operational in the region and is one of the major threats to peace in the Kashmir Valley.
The incident and killing of the four police personnel in the IED blast has been condemned by the chief minister of Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti. In a statement to the press, the chief minister said the she is pained by the incident and condemns it.
